Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct tours for prospective members, showcasing our state-of-the-art facilities and amenities.
• Provide detailed explanations of membership options, including benefits and pricing structures.
• Assist prospective members in selecting the membership plan that best fits their needs and goals.
• Process membership enrollments accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless transition for new members.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment, fostering strong relationships with both current and potential members.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the gym.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate processing of memberships and paperwork.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with the potential for additional hours as needed.
