As the Director of Member Services at FITLAB, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service and support throughout their fitness journey. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to lead our Member Services team in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our members.
**Job Overview:**
As the Director of Member Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of member relations, including membership sales, retention strategies, and resolving member inquiries and concerns. You will lead a team of Member Services Representatives to provide outstanding customer service and support to our members.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and retention rates
- Train and mentor Member Services Representatives to deliver excellent customer service
- Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience
- Analyze member feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall member experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in member services
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a customer service or member services role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices
- Passion for health and wellness
Salary Range: $25 to $35 per hour
