Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Medical Records Specialist at Lexa Records. As a Medical Records Specialist, you will be responsible for accessing and retrieving medical records, while ensuring their accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations. You will handle requests for medical record retrieval, review, and disclosure, maintaining proper documentation throughout the process. Additionally, you will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to address any inquiries or concerns related to medical records management.
