Additionally, Medical Policy Specialist requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Requires Registered Nurse RN. The Medical Policy Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     The Credit Risk Specialist has subject matter knowledge to serve as a consultant and resource to corporate and/or front-line management regarding credit performance, potential or emerging risks, and business conformity with risk appetite, credit culture, and policies. Successful candidates will have excellent technical writing and oral communication skills to write and present policies, presentations, and executive level communications.

    In this role, you will:
    • Possess credit policy experience, strong analytic capacity, excellent project management skills, a collaborative approach to issue resolution and excellent writing skills.
    • Show previous experience of end-to-end ownership of projects driving timely, thorough results.
    • Use innovative thinking to challenge existing process and policy.
    • Have experience creating synergies with collaborative business partnerships to drive efficient results which support broader goal of simplifying policy and operations.
    • Previous experience working on efforts related to regulatory issues and corrective actions is preferred.
    Required Qualifications:
    • 2 years of Credit Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal communication skills
    • Proven technical writing and communication skills
    • Experience with consumer lending new account and portfolio management underwriting credit decisions and policies.
    • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to complete data investigations with high attention to detail and accuracy
    • Experience creating synergies with collaborative business partnerships to drive efficient results which support broader goal of simplifying policy and operations.
    • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to successfully manage strategic initiatives with business partners
    • Knowledge of origination underwriting platforms
    • Strong understanding of income analysis including self-employment cash flow
    • Judgmental quality review experience
