Qualifications for success:

• 4 years experience actively and successfully setting up / managing both B2B & D2C paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and media buying campaigns.
• Experience using Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
• Experience with paid social outside of simply Meta.
• Proven track record of actively improving campaign performance.
• Professional and polished presentation and reporting skills.
• A strong understanding of marketing attribution models.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities:

• Summed up: Proactively own the driving of results through strategic testing and reporting. Push the envelope, get creative, and drive- continually increasing results through strategic testing, unique campaigns, thoughtful strategies, and precise reporting to prove it. (what is listed below is the minutiae of the big picture)
• Manage day-to-day optimization activities including building and managing bidding strategies, quality score improvements, ad copywriting, testing and optimization, keyword research, campaign reporting and analysis, and continuous program improvement.
• Analyze and report on key performance data (top of funnel to bottom) to dedicated strategist assigned over each account.
• Own measurement and tracking within analytics for paid channels through definition of goals, tracking events, and conversion triggers
• Own cost-per-lead and cost-per-sale optimization, focusing on conversion metrics to drive increased campaign ROI
• Work with client strategists to deliver a collaborative and proactive strategy and drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
• Create and run landing page optimization tests to increase conversion volume and quality.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in paid media advertising
