Role: Media Ops Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract

Job Description: The Media Ops Coordinator serves a crucial function within our Marketing Investment Team, providing essential support for media planning and buying operations. This role involves managing both National and Market media operations to facilitate the effective stewardship of clients marketing investment. We value timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency, and seek a candidate who can uphold these standards while assisting the Marketing Investment Lead and Marketing Consultants in resolving needs and issues seamlessly.

Primary Areas of Responsibility:

1. Media budget maintenance and stewardship
2. Promo Radio campaigns
3. Partnerships

Responsibilities & Activities:

Media budget maintenance and stewardship:

• Manage National media budget expenses and invoicing
• Serve as a point person for national and market billing and invoicing needs
• Ad hoc analysis of media performance and management of media dashboards

Promo radio campaigns:

• Monitor promo radio campaign requests and execution details
• Communicate with media agency and field personnel regarding campaign details
• Coordinate with creative team to troubleshoot and ensure timely delivery of creative assets

Partnerships:

• Maintain national and market-level partnership files and contracts
• Assist with various partnership-related tasks such as event coordination and document preparation

OOH campaigns:

• Facilitate support for MAP media operations needs including managing market-level OOH media plans and creative selections

Moment Feed:

• Act as a liaison between Chick-fil-A and Moment Feed, managing day-to-day questions and attending status meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in a Media Associate, Account Management, or Project Management role
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage deadlines independently
• High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous agency experience preferred
