Materials Management Supervisor supervises daily operations and planning to optimize the flow of raw materials, supplies, and equipment from initial procurement to the final disposition and fulfill material requirements for volume, cost, and scheduling business operations. Being a Materials Management Supervisor coordinates procurement, warehouse, and distribution operations and staffing to enable workflows crucial to the flow of materials. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Materials Management Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. Materials Management Clerk/Courier

Reports to: Materials Management Director
Description: Materials Management Clerk/Courier is responsible for all aspects of the distribution functions including preparing supplies for distribution from Central Supply inventory, reviewing expiration dates on par level carts and areas, reviewing expiration dates on supplies in the general storeroom and will supply items needed in emergency situations. Delivers supplies (i.e. medical products, mail, food, and/or all material items needed for MPH) in a safe, courteous, and timely manner to all MPH locations. Reviews and verifies invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy.
The MM Clerk will meet all infection control standards, reviews and verifies invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy. Picking and delivering supplies ordered by departments, counting and restocking par cart areas. The MM Clerk helps maintain the supply storage area for medical and office supplies. Materials Management Clerk assists the MM Coordinator with putting the warehouse supplies on the shelves daily. The MM Clerk works closely with the MM Coordinator and MM Director, as well as other department Directors, Staff, and Administration.

SALARY: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour DOE. $2000 sign-on bonus for FT. Housing stipend available for residents of Grand, Summit or Jackson county.
LOCATION: Kremmling with Courier duties at all locations.
