We seek a Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in content strategy, copywriting, and marketing automation. You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple media channels.
A primary success metric for this role will be increasing sales conversations through effective marketing strategies.
You will establish a collaborative working relationship with the Marketing Manager, who will work with you on strategic and big-picture goals while you take charge of tactical implementation and execution.
Your ability to organize, plan, and autonomously structure your workload will be absolutely critical to your success. We neither have the time nor the inclination to micromanage you. You’ll have a lot of freedom in this role but also a lot of responsibility.

SKILLS NEEDED/DAY-TO-DAY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Writing and executing email marketing campaigns and managing a CRM management: Write, schedule, and manage emails, automations, and workflows. Build out email marketing campaigns, sequences, and newsletters.
- Writing and editing marketing content and copy for various channels such as social media, email, and website content.
- Optimize marketing systems and processes from top-of-funnel awareness through to customer acquisition. Optimize the customer experience and increase customer lifetime value.
- Graphic design and developing marketing materials: Designing lead magnets, resources, content, brochures, and landing pages.
- Create and manage content calendar: Develop a content plan, create, schedule, and analyze content. Build high-value content assets and repurpose them across media channels. Manage the company's social media presence, including creating and posting content, responding to comments, and monitoring metrics.
- Tracking KPIs and campaign performance: Weekly tracking of key metrics related to marketing activities, performance of marketing campaigns, and initiatives, including monitoring metrics such as website traffic, leads generated, and customer engagement**.**
- Creating and managing project timelines to ensure that campaigns and initiatives are completed on time.
- Managing the company's website, including updating content, ensuring website functionality, and improving website performance.
- Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships with other organizations to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences.
- Coordinate PR and community initiatives that build brand awareness and support in the areas we operate in.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:- Proven experience as a marketing coordinator working across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated expertise in executing marketing strategies, content strategies, and copywriting.
- Experience with SEO, email marketing with advanced segmentation, social media marketing, and outbound marketing.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in basic website design, preferably WordPress.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new marketing tools and technologies.
- Strong project management skills, including creating and adhering to deadlines, drafting budgets, and moving multiple projects forward simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
- Teachable and coachable, willing to learn and adapt on the job.
- Experience in paid advertising is a plus.
SALARY RANGE- $48,000 and $70,000 depending on experience
