Work involves acting as a strategy, brand, and reputational checkpoint for Hytrol by utilizing communication, design, event planning, and other marketing strategies focused primarily on maintaining company mission and vision in all efforts.
Essential Job Functions- Assist in preparing department's annual budget and monitoring expenses throughout fiscal year.
- Develop content for both print and digital publications.
- Brainstorm and execute internal signage and other material.
- Develop and evaluate internal communication methods and projects based on cost/benefit analyses.
- Support all employee retention and recruitment efforts.
- Lead collaboration efforts with various internal departments to execute strategic communication plans for Hytrol and its business units.
- Assist in editing efforts for external signage, advertising, and other content.
- Create PR crisis strategies and communication efforts.
- Public relations for internal and external communication projects as Needed, including photography and videography.
- Support event preparation and execution for career fairs, employee events, and other events as needed.
- Maintain promotional item store for employees and community members.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
