Job Summary
The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in administrative tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various office functions.

Duties

• Manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
• Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
• Assist in vendor management for office services
• Fulfill parts orders

Qualifications

• Proven experience in office management or a related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficiency organizing computer files and cloud documents
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette
• Proficiency in Quickbooks
• Proficiency in UPS Worldship software
• Proficiency in Internation shipping and preparing documents for export
• Willing to learn CAD software for equipment drawing organization

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
