Required Skills and Experience
-2-3 years of server/application support, implementation, and administration
- Microsoft Windows Servers, IIS, Intune, Custom package deployments, Group Policy, Exchange (0365 / on-premises) and SAN administration
-Background provisioning, installing, configuring operation and maintaining hardware, software and infrastructure in Windows and Mac systems
-Mobile and web-based experience with Windows and Mac systems for install and maintenance for hardware and cloud applications
-Experience with Active Directory ticketing system (Azure/on-premises)
-Background experience with Linux/LAMP, network/computer security, Windows desktop OS, applications suite support, and familiarity with trouble ticketing systems.

Insight Global is seeking a System Admin to join a team based out of Louisville, KY. The team is hiring a net new contractor for the team to help with their current workload and provide support to the 21 locations across the country. They will be provisioning, installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining hardware, software and infrastructure for the practices. They would be responsible for computers, mobile devices, printers, software, security and network issues. They should have strong experience with Windows 10 operating systems, Active Directory ticketing system, VPN and Azure cloud. The Administrator will be interacting with management within the offices, faculty and students. The admin must be professional to interact with many individuals while on site. The admin must work on site 4-5 days per week with some remote aspects.
