- Assume ownership of the architecture and management of critical IT infrastructures, including Microsoft Exchange/O365, Active Directory, Virtualization, Servers, Network, and Storage (SAN) systems.
- Develop comprehensive monitoring reports to assess and analyze the performance of various systems within the organization.
- Lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of new software and hardware across the organization's IT environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support the dynamic needs of the IT department.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer Networking is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in system administration.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
- Strong team player with the ability to contribute effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and other Cloud Technologies.
- Expertise with Windows operating systems including Windows 10 , Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019.
- Ability to train new system users and set up their accounts.
- Competent understanding of LAN/WAN networks.
- Proficient knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
