iGuard LV in Las Vegas, NV is looking for lifeguards to join our strong team for the Virgin Hotel and Casino. We are located on 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable. Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals using the aquatic facilities. This includes maintaining a safe and clean environment, enforcing all rules and regulations, providing excellent customer service, and responding quickly and effectively to emergencies. Lifeguards must be alert, attentive, and able to respond to any situation that may arise.

Responsibilities
- Monitor the pool area and enforce all rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all individuals using the facilities.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including performing water rescues and administering first aid and CPR if necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by regularly checking and adjusting chemicals, cleaning and organizing equipment, and ensuring the pool and surrounding areas are free from hazards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting all individuals using the facilities, answering questions, and providing assistance as needed.
- Complete required documentation and reports, including incident reports and daily checklists.
- Attend and participate in all required training sessions and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Must have a current Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization.
- Must have a current CPR/AED Certification.
- Must have a current First Aid Certification.
- Must be able to pass a swim test and demonstrate strong swimming ability.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to remain alert and attentive for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
The Lifeguard will primarily work in an indoor or outdoor aquatic facility, which may include exposure to chlorine and other chemicals, high humidity, and variable temperatures. The Lifeguard may be required to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Lifeguard may be required to stand, sit, walk, swim, or perform other physical activities for extended periods of time. The Lifeguard may be required to work in noisy, crowded, or stressful situations.
