Job Summary
The Legal Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting various types of legal, compliance and intellectual property matters pertaining to Terumo Americas Holding, Inc.
and its domestic and foreign subsidiaries and managed businesses (collectively, TAH ), including but not limited to, corporate governance, commercial operations, contracting, employment, business development, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, litigation management, including but not limited to, product liability, non-product liability, and intellectual property as well as operational support within the Department.
The role will also include data collection, compiling and organizing materials, preparation of reports, spreadsheets and presentations, agreement preparation using the TAH contract management system and new project development and management to continue department innovation and efficiency.
