Overview:At Lean On Me Caregiving, we are dedicated to providing top-quality care services to our clients. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will be instrumental in assisting individuals with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their well-being within the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized and compassionate care to clients requiring assistance with daily tasks.- Assist with personal hygiene routines, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks.- Monitor and promptly communicate any changes in the client's condition.- Create a secure and nurturing environment for clients, prioritizing their comfort and safety.- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observations during each interaction.

Qualifications:- Prior experience in caregiving is beneficial but not required.- Capability to clean, drive (valid driver's license required)- Excellent communication skills and empathy towards others.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.- Flexibility to adapt to diverse schedules and varying client needs.- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
