Rina Kitchen at Avalon in Alpharetta is seeking a Service Manager to join our growing team! Rina welcomes you with Tel Aviv beach vibes, putting a unique spin on traditional Middle Eastern street food and hospitality traditions. Some recipes have been passed down for generations through the owner’s family and were first served at the family’s own falafel stand during the 1950’s.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage stress, and take direction from the corporate team
• Food Handling and Safety knowledge
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• 3 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant

DUTIES

• Provide leadership and direction to the FOH team through monitoring of service and performance
• Ensure operations, service, and finances level consistently met or exceed corporate standards
• Recruit and train new hires; continuously drive the development of all departments
• Anticipate guests' needs to proactively and effectively ensure guests' total satisfaction
• Ensure that the quality of work, service, and hospitality are maintained
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
