Keno Third Person oversees keno game activities when the manager and supervisor are not present or need assistance. Responsibilities include supervising personnel and ensuring policies and procedures are properly followed. Being a Keno Third Person may require a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor or manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Keno Writer/CSR - Write keno tickets for customers, cash handling and other duties pertaining to Keno Writing.
CSR - Must have Drivers License, Proof of Insurance, Licensed Vehicle for servicing Keno locations within Norfolk.
Shifts run two days, two nights and two days off. Day Shift 10:15am to 6:00pm. Night Shift 5:45pm to 1:30am.
Must pass a background check and will be fingerprinted.
