Being a Job Developer evaluates individual's background, skills, and interest and matches to potential job openings or training programs. Coaches and prepares candidate for interview and entry into the workforce. Additionally, Job Developer may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Job Developer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Pipelayer/Topman
We are adding to our utilities team. There are several positions available for Pipelayer and or topman.
Essential Functions- LAYING PIPE SECTIONS
- SETTING MANHOLES AND FINISHING STRUCTURES
- CHECKING PIPE AND OTHER ELEVATIONS
- SHOVELING OR SWEEPING OF MATERIALS
- OPERATING AIR HAMMERS, PUMPS, COMPACTORS, SAWS, OTHER SMALL TOOLS
- WORK PRODUCTIVELY FOR SHORT PERIODS OF TIME WITHOUT SUPERVISION
- WORK WELL INDIVIDUALLY OR WITH OTHERS IN A TEAM SETTING
- OTHER TASKS ASSIGNED BY SUPERVISOR OR MANAGEMENT
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation to job site
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions
- Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
- Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn
