IT Vendor Relationship Manager manages the organization's strategic technology vendor management program to meet company needs and comply with required quality standards. Assists with selecting the company's product and service providers and tracks the procurement of IT products and services to monitor and maintain operational costs and budgets. Being an IT Vendor Relationship Manager leads request for proposals (RFP) process to vet the reputation and quality of vendor products. Negotiates service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, expectations, and penalties are clearly defined. Additionally, IT Vendor Relationship Manager works closely with internal teams to monitor, maintain, and improve existing vendor relationships. Conducts regular business reviews to ensure compliance with company expectations, review issues, and develop solutions. May require experience with software licensing and hardware procurement. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Vendor Relationship Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an IT Vendor Relationship Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Job Description:  The Relationship Manager develops, leads and contributes to the growth and profitability of consumer and small commercial business through the management of the branch portfolio including deposits, loans, fees, and expenses.  Leads, coaches, and motivates the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service through solutions and referrals.  Responsible for growth by focusing and delivering deepening customer relationships through needs-based selling of products and services.

    Expectations:
    • Provides people management leadership by hiring the top talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance, promoting teamwork and handling any/all performance issues.
    • Oversees and leads a branch while growing talent, developing skills, promoting career growth, supporting project/initiatives success and achieving business results.
    • Accountable for achieving branch and individual performance metrics.
    • Requires knowledge of business, banking, and bank operations.
    • Requires process management knowledge and knowledge of risk for team processes.
    • Acts as the highest point of escalation/contact within the branch for issues brought forward by customers or other internal partners.
    • Originates loan applications, handles all conditions of lending and conducts loan closings.
    • Maintains an active registration status with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry)
    • Continuously demonstrates strong adherence to Company policies and procedures, as well as company values.
    • Travel Required: Some travel.
    Qualifications and Education Requirements
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
    • 3 years relevant experience required (retail, customer service, and/or financial services industry).
    • Business development skills, including ability to conceptualize and implement strategies.
    Competencies
    • Small Business and Consumer Lending experience.
    • Knowledge of bank products and services as well as an understanding of branch operations and security.
    • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, strategically aligning efforts and activities to meet branch goals and objectives.
    • Strong financial analysis skills
    • Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal and collaborative skills with all levels of internal and external customers.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members
