We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and motivated Project Controller to join our team. This role presents a unique chance to play a key role in our company-wide transition to the new ERP S4 HANA system. Responsibilities
ERP Implementation Support:- Aid in the company-wide implementation of ERP S4 HANA, focusing on tasks such as data validation and ensuring accuracy in financial aspects like cost, revenue, and invoicing.
- Lead testing efforts for new reports in the ERP environment, ensuring accurate representation of financial data.
- Conduct thorough reconciliations of subledger balances and project financials, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
- Take an active role in monitoring project costs post-go-live, including labor, procurement, and other expenses.
- Analyze and maintain project cost records to ensure accuracy and timeliness of project performance data.
- Provide accounting information and financial analysis to support project teams in decision-making.
- Assist in developing and analyzing monthly forecasts of project costs to improve financial predictions.
- Support monthly financial results analysis, comparing them to plans and forecasts, and assisting in project-related invoicing tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of financial/cost accounting experience; experience in ERP implementations preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP S4 HANA is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected Hours: No less than 40 per week
