Contracts Manager *Remote*

This is a mid-level professional position on the Research Operations Contracting team. The Contracts Manager *Remote

• is responsible for the review, negotiations, or preparation, tracking and finalization of the clinical trial agreements, exclusive of the study budget. Collaborates with appropriate Research Operations teams (especially Budget teams) and local program administrative teams.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• 4 years of Contract review and negotiation experience, experience with privacy law, HIPAA, compliance, contracts, IP.
