International Sales Manager jobs in North Carolina

Pacific International has partnered with a leading global manufacturing organization and their fast-growing pharmaceutical division. They are a heritage company with a worldwide presence and are continuing to grow and expand with a new manufacturing site being built today. Their continuous technological innovation, sound financial performance, and well-established global sales and service networks put them in an optimal position to grow their US business.

Pacific-International is partnering with this organization on the search for a Sales Manager to join their existing team, focussed on the SouthEast territory.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and driven entrepreneurial leader with passion and strong experience selling into pharmaceutical companies / CMOs/ CDMOs. They would work very closely with the existing customers while building new relationships in the territory. The ideal candidate should have prior drug contract packaging experience, experience with contract negotiations, and be a team player. They will be responsible for developing the strategic accounts and continuing to evaluate and break down the market.

Responsibilities:

• Proven track record in strategically selling pharmaceutical packaging products (Vials, Ampoules, Cartridges, Syringes)
• History in the industry and strong network and relationships within the territory and greater US.
• Ability to build, manage, and sustain a strong sales pipeline of opportunities
• An extremely independent and entrepreneurial individual who can both build sales strategies and maintain contact with existing customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Life Sciences
• 5-7 years of sales experience within like industry
• Skilled to the industry – Pharmaceutical Packaging
• Team player and Collaborative with the other Sales Managers and contracts
