Intellectual Property Support Manager jobs in Hawaii
Intellectual Property Support Manager provides support to the intellectual property unit of an organization and maintains a portfolio of current patents. Oversees research on developments in IP and patent law and provides support in preparation and filing of patents. Being an Intellectual Property Support Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Intellectual Property Support Manager occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Our Property Management company is looking for a Long-Term Residential Property Manager to join our team. Must be organized, professional, and motivated to service our existing portfolio as well as add on new accounts.

Must be able to communicate clearly with other team members, vendors, tenants, and owners. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in property management software and sales experience is a plus.
Requirements include direct experience in Residential Property Management, Hawaii State Real Estate License, and understanding of current Hawaii Landlord Tenant Code.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
