Position Overview: This position supports the United States Coast Guard as a Project Management Consultant III, supporting the Business and Logistics Management Support Services office. The Project Management Consultant Level III will be responsible for overseeing all contractor work performed under calls issued under this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This role involves developing a project management curriculum aligned with Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM) requirements, conducting relevant classroom training, and providing mentoring. The consultant will guide improvements in business process re-engineering and enable effective planning, management, and execution of strategic programs and projects.
