Information Technology Manager manages the implementation and administration of information systems and equipment in accordance with organizational policies and goals. Administers internal procedures and guidelines to diagnose and resolve technical issues across different systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networks. Being an Information Technology Manager oversees the analysis of business needs and selects IT hardware and software products to support internal business processes. Develops detailed documentation of methodologies, processes, and specifications of an organization's IT systems and assists with the planning of the organization's IT roadmap. Additionally, Information Technology Manager manages the IT strategy and roadmap to ensure computer equipment, hardware, and software operate in alignment with organizational needs and standards. Plans and implements an organization's network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks and monitors network performance. IT Signing Bonus Language
This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $3,500. Up to $1,750 to be paid upon new hire and the remainder to be paid after satisfactory completion of the initial probationary period (12-month period). This does not apply to current state employees.

Three years of professional experience equivalent to an Information Technology Infrastructure, Programmer/Analyst or IT Project Coordinator P11 or one year equivalent to an Information Technology Infrastructure, Programmer/Analyst or IT Project Coordinator 12.
Three years of experience as a computer programming supervisor or Information Technology

Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees can take 12 weeks of paid leave immediately after a birth or adoption to allow needed time together at home with a new child.
