Coupa Implementation Specialist
LHH is currently conducting a direct hire search for an Implementation Specialist with an understanding of Coupa. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing company and a collaborative team. Review the job requirements below and please apply if you feel you are a good fit.
Responsibilities:
- You will deliver learning solutions as part of the onboarding and support teams.
- Work with management and/or subject matter experts to understand desired business outcomes and translate them into learning and organization development objectives.
- Work to determine appropriate learning methodologies and organization development solutions.
- Work extensively in source-to-settle and procure-to-pay platforms (Coupa)
- Maintain an inventory of training and organization development programs/tools and schedule their use according to management priorities.
- Represent the department in various conferences and partner meetings.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as an Implementation Specialist, or a similar field such as a Software Training Specialist
- Ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in Coupa
- A background in procure-to-pay and source-to-settle platforms
- Very strong communicator
- Ability to work independently and on teams with strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or related experience
