Candidate profile and qualifications

• Experience in 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience mixed with 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS (Paycom, UltiPro or Paychex)
• Soft Skills: strong communication skills, proactive
• Education: BA/BS required
• Proof of vaccination against Covid-19: Required

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure all practices are in line with current labor laws and best practices.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
