Due to our continued growth, we are now seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to join our Human Resources team for an immediate opening. In this role, you will recruit exempt and non-exempt positions for our firm, with a special emphasis on recruiting for our branch locations throughout the company. You will also assist with the design and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet current/future needs, ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and timeliness. In addition, you will develop and maintain professional networks, with colleges/universities, professional associations, third-party recruitment agencies, outplacement services, attend job/career fairs, etc., as a source to generate qualified applicants.

You will also take a lead role in other HR-related initiatives, including the development and delivery of a new employee on-boarding and orientation program. You may also provide general HR support for a variety of HR functions, including payroll, benefits and worker’s compensation administration.

At least one year of recruiting or HR related experience is preferred. Your qualifications should also include a proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and a familiarity with HR information systems, including automated applicant tracking systems, or the equivalent in work and education. You should also have exemplary customer service skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with managers and candidates. Experience in payroll, benefits and workers comp administration is preferred, but not required.
