Summary: The Human Resources Generalist / Recruiter is responsible for activities related to the company’s personnel.
Essential Job Functions:
- Represent Krohmer Plumbing in a professional manner
- Assist in creating a company culture that creates job satisfaction
- Manage the staffing process, including advertisements, recruiting, interviews, hiring, and onboarding
- Attend job fairs and other hiring events
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Design and implement an employee review system
- Develop performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to employees
- Conduct performance reviews
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Assist management in compensation strategy for employees based on market research and pay surveys
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee training initiatives
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts, and bring them to resolution
- Manage benefit administration
- Enhance employee engagement by resolving issues promptly, identifying new benefits, and organizing team building activities
- Ensure the company’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Other duties assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Human resource certification preferred
- Fluent with Microsoft Office applications
