Job Summary:
The Sr. HR Project Manager will play a pivotal role in updating and enhancing the organization's HR policies and procedures, the update of the employee handbook, creating needed SOP's and refinements to the EIH framework and support of additional projects as needed. This temporary position requires a seasoned HR professional with strong project management skills and the ability to work closely with the SVP of People and Culture and other members of the HR, Executive and leadership team as needed, to ensure successful project execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Priority #1: Updating Policies and Procedures
Collaborate with SVP of People and Culture to finalize HR policies and procedures that are currently in draft state.
Curate and/or refine any needed policies as needed by the SVP of People and Culture
Facilitate the process for final approvals in accordance with company practices and legal requirements.
Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to inform all staff of policy and procedure updates.
Codify system for review and updates of policies and procedures
Cross-check and align policies and procedures with the existing employee handbook; recommend changes if discrepancies are identified.
Maintain an Excel tracker or other project management tool with policy approvals and updates for transparency and compliance.
Priority #2: Update Employee Handbook
Ensure handbook is in alignment with all PH Policies and procedures
Work with Air Mason to ensure all items that are needed for Employee Handbook are in place.
Develop communication and training plan for roll out of employee handbook in collaboration with IT, Internal Communications and Training & Org Learning departments.
Priority #3: Establish SOP's and Refinements for all Aspects of Equity in Hiring Framework
Review EIH Framework and refine existing tools as decided by SVP of People and Culture i.e. interview questions, and evaluation guides for each position.
Ensure all Job Descriptions are up to date and properly formatted.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Experience:
7 years of experience as a Senior HR Manager or HR Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
