Housing Program Manager jobs in South Carolina

Position Summary:

The TFP Housing Program Manager’s primary responsibilities include building housing partnerships at all levels of care, coordinating availability of housing that match participant needs, and the development and implementation of a transitional housing program for survivors of human trafficking. Participant needs range from emergency shelter to long term housing. The housing manager will work closely with Case Managers to understand participant needs and increase awareness and access to available housing resources.

The Housing Program Manager reports to the Program Director.

Schedule:

• The typical working hours are Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week, between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Work is in person, with some remote options depending on the supervisor’s request and client needs
• Periodic on-call may be necessary due to the crisis nature of this work

Compensation:

The annual salary range is $48,000 - $56,000 depending on experience. Benefits include a $500/month health reimbursement for employees; all regular, full-time employees accrue PTO time at a rate of 176 hours per year or 14.67 hours per month their first year; a mental health day each quarter; 9 holidays and a week-long Winter Break at the end of the year; there is a potential 1-time moving stipend.

*A SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with a percentage employer match will be in place by the end of the first year of employment.
