Housekeeping Supervisor supervises the daily operations of a housekeeping services department to ensure offices, patient/guest rooms, facilities, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Responsible for standards' establishment, staff training, schedule/resource coordination, workflow inspection, inventory maintenance and equipment supplies. Being a Housekeeping Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Housekeeping Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Wat Wij Bieden- Parttime of fulltime werken: 15/20/25/30/35 uur per week, aangepast aan jouw voorkeur en wensen.
- Werkdagen verspreid over maandagtot en metzondag, waardoor je een gevarieerd schema hebt;
- Werktijden van 9.00 tot 15.00 uur;
- Salaris tussen €13,42 - €14,78 bruto per uur, uitbetaald elke 2e werkdag van de maand;
- Vakantiegeld en 27 vakantiedagen op basis van fulltime;
- Eindejaarsuitkering;
- Een gezellig team van vaste collega's;
- Persoonlijke aandacht;
- Mogelijkheid tot het volgen van een opleiding en
- Bij goed functioneren een vast contract.
Als housekeeping medewerker zorg je samen met je collega's voor schone hotelkamers in onze opdrachtgevers' hotels. Nadat de hotelgasten zijn uitgecheckt, kan het schoonmaken beginnen! Je krijgt een eigen kamerlijst na de ochtendbriefing en gaat aan de slag om de kamers schoon te maken. Je start met het schoonmaken van de badkamer, je verschoont de bedden, leegt de prullenbakken, stofzuigt de kamer en niet te vergeten vul je de koffie en de theezakjes aan. Zo, deze kamer is weer helemaal schoon en fris, strak en netjes. Alles wat de gasten nodig hebben.
Jouw Taken Als Housekeeping Medewerker Zijn Onder Andere- Schoonmaken van de badkamer en slaapkamer;
- Bedden opdekken en verschonen;
- Stofzuigen en dweilen;
- Aanvullen van handdoeken en andere benodigdheden in de hotelkamer en
- Schoonmaken van openbare ruimtes.
