Housekeeping Manager jobs in Utah
Housekeeping Manager manages the daily operations of a housekeeping services department to ensure offices, patient/guest rooms, facilities and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Inspects facilities, recommends upgrades when needed. Being a Housekeeping Manager establishes workflows, standard procedures and quality control plans. Responsible for the maintenance of vendor/supplier relationship. Additionally, Housekeeping Manager may require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Housekeeping Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Housekeeping Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Joni's Housekeeping is a local cleaning company looking for help Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday. We serve areas from Willard to Woods Cross and pay travel time in between homes and offices. We are a very detail oriented company and expect high quality work. Starting pay depends on experience.
Must be very dependable, honest and able to work at a fast pace but still detailed in your work. Must be a team player, we work with cleaning partners. We clean mainly homes but we do have a few offices.
Our first house begins at 9 and our days are usually over between 2 and 4. Valid drivers license and vehicle are required to get from house to house..
Must submit to drug test and background check. Must take great pride in their work and have a high standard of what clean really is. Pay starts between $12.00 and $16.00 but if you show your worth, you can move up quickly.Job Type: Contract
