Job Summary: Oversees the operations of the hotel, including all aspects of facility day to day operation operations ensuring that the motel is well-maintained and clean. Supervises staff management including scheduling, training, and supervision to ensure guest satisfaction and enhance the facility’s reputation among travelers.
