- Manage and supervise healthcare staff to ensure efficient operations

- Develop and implement healthcare policies and procedures

- Oversee patient care plans and ensure they are being followed accurately

- Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with medical professionals for optimal care

- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar software for patient records management

- Implement utilization management strategies to optimize healthcare resources

- Provide specialized care in areas such as senior care, dementia care

**Experience:**

- Strong background in utilization management techniques

- Knowledge of primary care practices and patient-centered medical homes

- Experience in managing healthcare services for diverse patient populations

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
