Position Overview
As a data-driven marketing leader, the Demand Generation Director develops strategies to drive awareness and sales engagement using a variety of tactics, including, but not limited to conferences and networking events, webinars, paid media advertising, SEO/SEM, partner marketing and email marketing. Under this position, all campaigns produced must be aligned to VMS’s account-based marketing (ABM) strategy which centers around a top account list across select verticals that are strategically chosen to maximize value to our customers. This person is responsible for refining and scaling our marketing technology stack and acting as the business lead for identifying all use cases, integrations needed, and documentation of processes. Success in this role hinges on effectively scoping and reporting on account attribution, as well as monitoring the marketing-influenced pipeline. These measures serve as critical indicators of the impact and effectiveness of our efforts. In addition, this role will strategize and execute marketing initiatives through direct contributions, team efforts, and in-house digital agency support. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer at Verisk Marketing Solutions.

· Ensure the quality and completeness in the marketing data across all marketing technologies · Collaborating with sales, revenue operations, product and marketing leadership to develop growth strategies for pioneering new markets and competitive opportunities
· Minimum 5 years' experience of direct leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership · Experience with martech stack tools such as Marketo, 6sense, and Salesforce is required
