Delegates responsibilities to auxiliary and critical care unit staff nurses; supervises preparation and maintenance of critical care unit patient clinical records, and writes reports on critical care unit staff performance and services rendered. Being a Head Nurse - CCU maintains pre-set inventory standards for solutions, supplies, medicines and equipment, and keeps track of narcotics. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Additionally, Head Nurse - CCU typically requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Typically reports to a director. Our Member Service Representatives (MSR) are responsible for providing superior member service and sales to enhance member relationships and exceed member expectations. MSRs assist members with basic financial questions and concerns, open new accounts, handle loans and being our members, full-service representative.
As a MSR, you will assist members with basic financial transactions and open new accounts, including IRA accounts. You will originate loan applications, make recommendations for approval and denial, and obtain application loan documents for successful loan closings. You will be responsible for possessing a working knowledge of business accounts and services and perform account maintenance when necessary. You will cross-sell credit union products and services, recognize and act upon referral opportunities to achieve individual sales goals.
We ask that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills, provide a professional image, ability to solve problems in a timely manner and diffuse difficult member interactions, good empathy skills, and have a working knowledge of current technology and business structures. We also require that you have availability until 6:30pm on weekdays and Saturdays until 12:30pm.
