EXPERIENCE:
Intermediate (minimum of 2 years of job-related experience)
Two years of commercial building maintenance experience
Must have at least two years of verifiable plumbing experience in a residential service and maintenance operation.
Knowledge of local and national plumbing codes.
This position requires driving in a personal vehicle on behalf of the agency; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in the state of Washington, and have reliable, insured transportation.
