Forest Aide gathers and analyzes data regarding overall condition of forest tracts. May provide supervision to seasonal workers. Being a Forest Aide educates visitors on forest policies and regulations. Requires a high school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Forest Aide has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and able to work outside, year round.
Responsibilities include: checking equipment, skimming and vacuuming pools, checking/adjusting water chemistry, brushing walls, emptying baskets for a fixed, full-time, Monday to Friday route.
Must have a valid Drivers License.
