Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Upsell menu items and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests - Assist with food preparation, such as garnishing plates or assembling appetizers - Process payments using cash register or POS system (e.g., Aloha POS) - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation - Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures - Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. Pay: $15.50 - $26.00 per hour
