    Responsibilities:

    • Supervision and Control: Oversee and manage food and beverage staff, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to standards.
    • Service Excellence: Ensure guests are served courteously and promptly to meet ticket times and enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume.
    • Quality Assurance: Supervise housekeeping and sanitation to maintain cleanliness standards and uphold food safety regulations.
    • Inventory Management: Responsible for inventory control of food, beverage, and supplies to meet operational needs and budgetary goals.
    • Staff Management: Manage payroll, scheduling, and training to ensure staff competence and meet service expectations.
    • Leadership: Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Director of Hospitality, providing guidance and support to staff.
    • Continuous Improvement: Attend training sessions, conduct staff meetings, and develop training programs to enhance service delivery and industry knowledge.
    • Budget Adherence: Monitor staffing levels and expenditures to meet budgetary goals while maintaining service quality.
    • Recruitment and Termination: Make recommendations for hiring and terminations, working closely with HR to fulfill staffing needs.
    • Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, manage inventory, and handle paperwork to ensure smooth operation of the department.
    • Conflict Resolution: Address employee disputes and guest complaints professionally and effectively.
    • Vendor Relations: Liaise with vendors to establish pricing, negotiate contracts, and ensure supply adequacy.
    • POS System Management: Maintain integrity and functionality of POS systems, including programming, training, and reporting.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and alcohol regulations, maintaining accurate records and handling revenue appropriately.

    Qualifications & Education:

    • Associate degree in Business, Hospitality/Restaurant Management (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
    • Minimum three (3) years of relevant food and beverage management experience.
    • Three (3) years of supervisory experience in high-volume, multi-department F&B operation.
    • Proficiency in POS systems and liquor dispensing systems.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment with flexibility in schedule.
    • Food handler’s permit and TIPS/Responsible Beverage Service certified.
    • Basic math skills and proficiency in MS Office software.
    • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in varied work conditions.

    Work Conditions:

    • Constant hand movements and use of finger dexterity.
    • Mobility required for 100% of the shift.
    • Ability to work in hot, cold, and noisy environments.
    • Constant walking, standing, kneeling, crouching, and bending.
    • Occasional pushing/pulling, lifting, and/or moving up to thirty (30) pounds.
    • Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
    • Excellent personal hygiene due to working near others.
    • The work environment is characterized by a higher noise level and is smokefree.
    • Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
    • Stamina to stand for extended periods in a noisy, casino environment.
    • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Compliance with workplace policies and regulations, including drug-free workplace policy.
    • The work environment is non-smoking and dust-free; and noise levels may vary depending on location and work area.
