    Essential Duties And Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update complex budgeting models.
    • Create and maintain a comprehensive 3-year forecasting model encompassing the Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
    • Manage the 12-week cash projection process.
    • Develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
    • Create and maintain profitability models for products, product categories, customers, and geographies.
    • Perform breakeven analyses and lease vs. buy models.
    • Identify and track leading economic indicators and business drivers.
    • Manage and mentor the financial analyst team.
    • Serve as a liaison with other department heads and executives.
    • Other duties as requested by business need.

    Qualifications Required For Position

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
    • Strong analytical and technical skills in microeconomics or finance.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Solid verbal communication skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence software for summarizing large amounts of data.
    • Superior expertise in financial modeling.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage conflicting objectives, and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to handle daily crises in a rapidly growing business.
    • Mature, fact-based, and fair-minded approach.
    • Consistent and regular attendance is expected.

    Qualifications Desired For Position

    • MBA degree.
    • Experience leading or managing others
    • Knowledge of direct marketing or e-commerce business.
    • Experience in the manufacturing or cosmetic industry.
    • Ability to write and execute SQL queries is a plus.

    Physical requirements include arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard, ten-key, and telephone; occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, reaching, balancing, bending, crawling, handling, feeling, kneeling, climbing, twisting; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks.

    Working Conditions

    Working environment is primarily indoors in an office setting and occasionally outdoors for special events; requires some evening and possible weekend hours and requires use of telephone and other office equipment. This position is subject to occasional mandatory overtime.
