Looking after over 80 GW of operational projects, across the United States we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director to support the growth of the business after their recent $60M Series B.

The Role

This position will be an integral part of the senior leadership team and will be working closely with the CFO and CEO. You will be responsible for building and leading impactful FP&A and accounting teams; driving insight through analysis into a nationwide portfolio comprised of utility-scale wind and solar projects.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO to develop short and long-term strategy
• Face off to VC investors and Board Members in an investor relations capacity
• Develop Pitch Decks and own the end-to-end fundraising process for future funding rounds
• Own the development and improvement of financial models to support fundraising rounds
• Build relationships with the wider leadership team and implement the necessary KPI’s and metrics to support decision-making
• Oversee the implementation of financial controls, tax, and compliance processes
• Ensure the implementation of systems are fit for purpose and scalable
• Build, train, and mentor a strong finance team

What you need:

• 10 years of finance experience
• VC/PE investor relations experience
• CPG/Renewables/Med Device background
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience presenting to the board and senior leadership

What we’d like to see:

• Experience working with utility-scale solar
• Experience in construction or oil/gas industries

Salary: $200,000 - $2750,000 Bonus Equity

Location: Boston (Hybrid)
