Cabinets project Manager/Field Service Technician
The individual will need to be able to work under indirect supervision. The position will assist in measurement and quality assurance (QA) of cabinets jobs. This individual will need to assist in the logistical coordination of every aspect of the measure and quality assurance process.
Responsible for verifying the measurement process is complete and meets company quality standards, ensure the measurement is to code and meets customers satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail to ensure the cabinet installation is complete and meets the industry standard.
SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service to superintendents/builders and homeowners.
- Manage several cabinet installation projects at once. Keeping both the superintendents, homeowners and service department abreast of any required changes and ensuring all parties are informed in a timely manner.
- Perform quality walk after installation
- Maintain quality assurance schedule
- Install cabinet service items
- Submit order request for parts and service items needed for job completion.
- Assist with quality assurance process when needed
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required. One year to three years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and update interested parties in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of product line and offerings.
- Knowledge of the industry kitchen standards.
- Ability to personally maintain quality control standards.
- Ability to document and maintain tracking records/files.
- Ability to effectively manage time and schedule.
- Knowledge of quality control and procedures.

- Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
