Job Description

• Perform equipment preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and activities on semiconductor Sub Fab equipment such as processing equipment, pumps, vacuums, blowers, water treatment, hazardous waste, etc.
• Perform shift-sustaining tasks and activities:
  • Disassemble units as required for cleaning activities.
  • Prepare parts to be cleaned.
  • Receive and inspect cleaned parts.
  • Re-install cleaned parts into the abatement units.
  • Startup and test equipment after re-installation of parts
  • Maintain required maintenance logs.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3 years of military or work experience in a technical hands-on role.
• Excellent time management skills are required.
• Ability to work a compressed work week, availability to workday or night shift. Shift Differential applies.
• Must be open to working OT, weekends, holidays, etc...
• Ability to pass required drug screening and background check.
• This is a safety-sensitive position; the ability to maintain the appropriate standards is required.
• Experience in a semiconductor or related industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform complex tasks with hands and fingers.
• Great dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical documentation, such as work instructions and graphical aids.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, etc., for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work while wearing constrictive attire (cleanroom suits and personal protective gear), for extended periods, use of SCBA a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and move items weighing up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum education requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, AS degree or military education, is a plus.
• Significant experience may be substituted for education.
