Being a Field Service Director oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives. Handles service contracts and directs support services. Additionally, Field Service Director develops methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery. Reviews service reports to monitor service performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Position Summary
Field Service Engineers (FSE) are responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs of semiconductor equipment at customer facilities. FSE’s will maintain the following sub-systems: Electronic, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, optical, lasers, and wafer transfer systems (including robots). Training is provided on a formal or on-the-job (OTJ) basis.
