The National Field Operations Manager has a large part to play in advancing our mission, by overseeing day-to-day Service Delivery for the division. The National Field Operations Manager will do this through:

Supporting, adhering to, and enforcing company policies
-
Oversee facilitation and resolution of client concerns from the field level
-
Provide input to the strategic direction of the department, and help implement tactical plans to deliver results
-
Management, leadership, and professional development of the field operations team
-
Hiring and on-boarding new employees with assistance from HR and leadership support
-
Supports the Sales & Business Development Team to achieve mutually beneficial objectives
-
Management and oversight end-to-end National field operations, to coincide with company policy
-
Establishing and promoting positive relationships with vendors, service partners, and clients
-
Timely cooperative collaboration with other company departments including the executive team
-
Support division’s income statement and PnL performance to budget
-
Report enhancement sales and operations metrics to Leadership
-
Reports all incidents, accidents, and injuries immediately to safety
-
Always represent the company and brand in a positive manner
-
Continue to develop and improve skills and techniques through a commitment to continuous improvement.

Stay well-informed of changes and advances in the industry.

Position Requirements:

Minimum of two-year degree in business related field (Bachelor's degree preferred) or equivalent experience

Must be willing and able to travel (travel days may vary)
