Additionally, Executive Response Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Insurance broker seeks a Personal Lines Account Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience. You will lead in managing a high-volume personal lines book, overseeing renewals, policy changes, claims, and billing with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.
This role involves more strategic responsibilities, including relationship management with key clients, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Must have deep knowledge of markets, risk assessment, and a proactive approach to client needs. P&C License. Applied / Epic experience preferred.
Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills essential. Competitive salary and benefits offered. Compensation is up to $70,000 for the right candidate.
