- Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions to guests
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
- Experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of guest relations and guest services standards
- Ability to work well within a team and assist where needed
