Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure
• Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain computer networking systems
• Configure and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business and other Microsoft 365 services
• Minimum of 6 years of expertise in IT Administration, with atleast 4 years focused on Microsoft 365
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience with PowerShell Scripting for Automation and Management risks
• Ensure the security of IT systems by configuring firewalls and monitoring network activity
• Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware components

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of computer networking principles and operating systems
- Experience in IT infrastructure management and support
- Knowledge of firewall configuration and network security protocols
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
